Help Second Syndicate Choose a Logo
These are the 3 logos that Sean Hodgins (CEO of Second Syndicate) liked the best. These 3 are also my favorite. How lucky, that almost never happens.
Now comes the process of selecting just 1 of these 3 for refining and colour tuning. This process involves user feedback. Please leave a comment and let us know which logo you like and why. A note on the black and white treatment of the logos. I removed colour to prevent people from choosing a logo based on colours that they like.
Second Syndicate is a company creating a product for property time share and fractional ownership.

The second logo or middle column – 3rd one down Second Syndicate .. good just needs 1 extra colour to outline the roof.. to flat right now

I like the middle row top two, the 2nd feels kinda weird to me though, maybe like one or two pixels bolder?

I like 2A. It feels clean and simplistic but professional. It would look quite nice from a business card to a letter head.

3rd column, 2nd row (A). Blue houses in a circle. Circle meaning togetherness. I kinda like the font from 3c, but I think the font and 2nd versus Second needs some work.

Sean, I like the top two in column 2. What do these look like with the colour of the houses matching ’2nd’ instead of ‘syndicate’? What about switching up the bold so that 2nd is bold and syndicate is not?
